It was a great time for the members and guests who came to Tampa Bay Downs on April 24th.  Although the group was rather small, we made up for it with big enthusiasm.   

The covered veranda was our “home” for the races.  The buffet, served by the staff, the betting windows and bar were just steps away inside the Clubhouse. Our private area was perfect for mingling and reminiscing on such a beautiful spring day.

Because the Derby is coming up, some ladies put on their finest Derby Hats. A big “hats off” to Bunni Lefebvre, new member Marsha Jones, Angie Traupman and Mary Reinhardt.  Bunni definitely had the hat to remember! 

We are really happy to once again gather as a group and see old friends, and welcome our new members, Eric & Marsha Jones, as well as Gerry Crudele, a guest of Marie Ross.
