IEYC rang in 2022 at the annual New Year’s Day Brunch with a scrumptious buffet on the outdoor terrace at Belleair Country Club.  Thirty-eight members and ten guests were treated to a great spread including, hot and smoked salmon, chicken, eggs Benedict, breakfast meats, assorted salads, fruit and cheese trays, bread pudding, and cheese blintzes with strawberry sauce to name a few. 

 

The theme for the day was Start 2022 with a Clean Slate as we put the pandemic-related issues of the past two years behind us, and prepare for a fun and exciting 2022.  

 

Thank you to the hosts Patricia and Jim Ostrosky, and committee members Sue and Scott Moncrieff, Mary Reinhardt, Bunni Lefebvre, and Angie Traupman for their efforts in organizing and on putting on this popular event.
